Make sure to take into account level as well. The particular issue I have stems from mine carts being used to pick up farm items from an underground and enclosed farm at Y level 20. This can still be heard on the surface. This is really unnecessary. We, as players, have no need of being alerted to the movement and presence of mine carts that far from the surface. Hint: (Thats why it was put that deep... so I didn’t HAVE to hear it constantly while working in the area.)

 No. MCPE-35222 deals with ghasts and ghast noises. These are minecart sounds that I’m reporting.
