Added a video "MC-167242Behaviour.mp4" to show the villager behaviour for this issue in 1.16.3 Java. A lightning strike transformed 4 villager into witches and now the beds cannot be claimed.

Tried reinstalling minecraft, adding exceptions to my firewalls for java, resetting my modem and router, forwarding the port (tried 25565 and 25566).

This issue has been occurring to me off and on for the past two days on my realm and currently for the past 4 hours. Java 1.16.3.
