SOLUTION: I had to go to my android settings, turn on "AIRPLANE MODE". Load Mincraft. Go to Settings (MC). Turn off "Connect to XBox" or whatever. I deleted the server I tried to create while I was there! Maybe I need the xbox app, not sure. But thankful can log in.
PROBLEM First I had tried to add a server for first time (name: tynker, address mc.server.com. It said that "xbox live" privacy settings were wrong (so Ioggind in on Chrome and changed them).
Then realized that Minecraft app wasn't updated, so installed update and started getting error message: "Global Resource Reset. A crash has been detected"
Now it doesn't say that error, Says "logging into xbox live" at bottom left of play screen then crashes. I tried both logging in and out of xbox live on Chrome.
