I have the same issue as well but on Single and Multiplayer. It is quite annoying.
I am having the same issue. It has happened since Update Aquatic for me. It is so frustrating so I just play on my bros Xbox. I've tried to work around it. It even happens on my other laptop.
I just want to play it without it freezing turning into a blue screen then completely close out when I mine a block.
