From what I can tell, in 1.8.7 and 1.8.8 the Minecraft client does not save the server resource packs with the correct name. For Hypixel's Warlords, in 1.8.6 it names the file it downloads in the server-resource-packs directory legacy_warlordsmay7zip. In 1.8.7 and 1.8.8, it names it just legacy without the underscore.
