This is happening to me too! I made a giant wall around the village I'm protecting and zombies are lining up on the outside causing the villagers to go crazy. I agree. It's probably related to the villagers reactions in relation to the sieges. All I know, is that if 1.6 is released with this bug people that are farming villagers or live in a village are going to be mad.
