I tried to play on my Realms server today, but during my attempt to connect, the launcher claimed that I was using an out-of-date version of the game. I could not find anything anywhere about why this would be happening, confirmed that I was using the "Latest Release" version in my installations tab, and felt compelled to uninstall and reinstall the game so as to update the launcher. (I included a screenshot of this problem as well in case it may help illuminate something about why this is happening, as I feel it may be related.)
I uninstalled minecraft following the instructions on the mojang website, and when I reinstalled the game, I encountered this exact same issue. I can no longer see any versions whatsoever.
