I can confirm this as it also happens to me since the last Update (1.19.70) like you can see below.
Logging out and in of Microsoft Account
Restarting Nintendo Switch
Reinstalling Minecraft
Restarting Internet Router
Checked Nintendo Switch Online Subscription
The Nintendo Switch is also on it's latest firmware (16.0.0), so this should not be an issue either.
