step 1- Be in Creative mode

Step 2- get an anvil

Step 3- Get ANY Item

Step 4- Get ANY enchantment

Step 5- Open the anvil and put the item in the first slot

Step 6- Put the enchantment in the second slot

Step 7- Take the enchanted item
