This is NOT a dupe of issue 8634. In the other issue, there are 4 rails connecting to one junction - it makes sense that the junction rail would not change when powered.

In this case, there is a parallel rail running alongside the junction. The junction itself ceases to work, when there is no reason that it should break.

Spawn eggs for Wither Skeleton, Mule, Skeleton Horse, Zombie Horse, Donkey, Cat, Elder Guardian, Stray, Husk and Polar bear were all added in update 16w20a. They were all removed except for Polar Bear in release 1.10 Pre2, as mentioned in the release notes.

I can confirm that this issue affects both 1.9.4 and 1.10.
