I am also having this problem now and have done so for about 2 weeks. I have plenty of memory and even deleted all of my previous downloads. It fully downloads the file (currently 450mb) and as soon as it "processes" it fails. As I am unable to download it I am unable to change any settings within the game (Changing permanent daytime back to off etc). It also affects the most recent update.
