LOL I just found this too it's still notificaton in the 1.19 release

This one might be because of the pack itself, try asking the pack creator for help.

Was this resolved? I found a solution. You copy all of the effect icons separately from Vanilla pack\textures\ui and put in Your pack\textures\ui.

Did you download the music pack?

I posted this a long time ago why is no one noticing it.

 

I don't think this is a bug, it could be your platform because when you're flying a lot of chunks got load so lag is inevitable.

You have game sound on. Try testing sounds on your computer to see is it Minecraft or your computer.
