summon wither in the end
get wither over the void about 100 blocks from island
respawn and kill ender dragon
bring wither back to the island and kill
unload the area and come back
go the the spot over the void where the wither and it is "duplicated" or respawned
Observed results: I was able to recreate the issue in a creative world. The wither and dragon projectiles are also permanent and never go away.
Expected results: I was hoping the wither would fall into the void during the initial battle to remove from the world.
im having the same problem currently on my xbox one realm world. ive killed the same wither 13 times now (with all the nether stars in inventory) and it keeps showing back up. i dont even have to leave the end, i just can wander around the end island and it will eventually respawn always with the same amount of hp bar. was there ever a fix found for this?
My end island is getting more and more destroyed by the withers that keep spawning here. i got fed up and turned the realm to peaceful and back but that seems to have made it worse to where there was 3 withers at once at one point.
