I still go on mine every few days, it's my main survival world and I play it with my bro, his gf and my nephews. If it gets fixed I'll come on and let you all know.
I had an update earlier today (23/8/22), 2.47. Didn't fix it. Still having sound/redstone and even going to sleep lag.
It's not because I've got 20 beehives next to my house is it?

Seems to be worse closer to spawn. It gets better about 200 blocks away.
I started this world several big updates ago. Pre Nether Update in fact.
Speaking of which, it doesn't happen in the Nether. (Which I would dearly love to reset, why did they get rid of it?)
I've been having this issue too.

It also seems to be affecting the redstone tick rate, minecarts are moving very slowly.
I put away all my Hives and culled my cows to just 8. It helped a little but it's not perfect. It's still a bug though because it wasn't happening before that update.
