The problem is fix in 2.2.7450!! Finally can install the java version. Thanks a lot~!
Having same issues with user profile folder not on C drive.
Also, try to install the launcher on C is also not working.
Try to get the access of C:\Program Files\WindowsApps but not helpful for install the update for the windows app launcher.
