This is still a problem and I haven't been able to access my realm for over 3 weeks. Other users can load it but it keeps booting them out. I'm annoyed that I've had zero feedback on here or via the twitter support page. I would like a refund of my payment from last month too.
I have the same problem. I affects my account on all devices (I am the realm owner) but other realm members can access it without a problem. As a paying realm member I would like feedback on this asap.
