In my case anyway, I managed to make it work by changing the minecraft settings from "javaw.exe" to "java.exe", it has a "java dos" window open and looks like what I read on the internet, which loses a little of perfomance is working.

I said in another Issue: Look on my pc I solved the problem as follows: in my case amd video card was only close amd gaming programs evolved and PlayTV, think of streaming and screen recording programs often give problems.

Not nvidia've heard people complaining about the "NVIDIA Streamer Service" intel must have similar programs see if any of them open not cause the problem.
