I found a solution that worked for me! If you can see the image, make your compatibility settings look like that. (I'm not sure which settings actually solved it, im just happy that it works now) I turned on Override high DPI scaling behavior Scaling performed by: *(set to Application) and I disabled fullscreen optimizations. i also ran as administrator, probably won't change the results however.
