Same. It would only work for a couple minutes or less before freezing or crashing. Now won’t even get past loading screen without freezing. Smh. It’s my favorite game. This is so disappointing!!

Thanks to all of you for trying to help with this! I finally was able to get all my daughters worlds back!!! Yeah! The down side is everything she built is gone and I had to re-download every world and skins individually. Ugh! She had purchased a LOT! It took all morning. I emailed Helen and she responded quickly, to let me know that I have to contact Apple for the cost to re-download the game itself. So I ask... what is the compensation to all these kiddos going to be???

Thanks for sharing! I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem… We of course, like everyone, have lost everything. However, with the new fix, it would not let me restore and I had to reinstall the game. In turn, I had to BUY the entire game again!!!! It didn't show the app was ever purchased! Are you kidding me????? I have emailed Helen twice today... This is NOT fixed!!!!!

I just emailed Helen because the newest update did not restore anything. Wondering if anyone had success and any suggestions you might have? Thanks!

Not logged into Xbox live, only using Apple with iPad. Happened with update. Thanks!

Same problem on iPad. All daughters worlds, with new update, are gone. So hopeful that the problem is corrected soon. Thanks for the quick email response!
