Being killed by f.e. zombie is also Intentional Game Design and it has a different Death message.
I mean that any death is caused by Intentional Game Design. And this is the only one that does not have its own description.
Good point, the same thing happens trying to sleep in the Nether. Anyway the message doesn't look ok, it should be describen how you got killed.
