Was having this issue at my old house. It appears to be ISP (Internet Service Provider) related. I think our ISP was throttling our connection. I do not have this issue since I moved.

The fix for this is to Logout, on that profile, and then Login again. I had the same problem earlier, where the only option was "Play Offline".

Having the same issue. Trying to track down when it happens, but appears to happen randomly when using the right click. I am using the "ctrl+left click" as right click. No mouse.
