I put it into my saves folders like other maps that I've downloaded before I had this problem.

I am also having this issue. I tried reinstalling it and logged out and logged back in and it still didn't fix it. I have a Dell Windows 10 laptop with 8 gigabytes of RAM, but I've had a paid for account since Christmas of 2012.
