Firstly, I want to thank you for your active efforts to address this issue that many of us are encountering in Minecraft since Bedrock was launched in late 2019. However, I feel compelled to share that the temporary workaround you've proposed doesn't seem to resolve the specific issue that I'm grappling with. Let me shed some light on the situation.

My problem originates from an alternative Microsoft account that I temporarily linked to my PS4 account. I deleted this alternative account following an unsuccessful attempt to make a Realms purchase using a different currency. Acting on advice from Microsoft support, I waited for 90 days until the account was completely removed.

Unfortunately, even after more than 2 years since the deletion of the account, the game still perceives this Microsoft account as active. As a result, I am unable to link any new Microsoft accounts to my primary PS4 account. This issue persists despite multiple attempts at the email address switch workaround that you've suggested.

In line with your proposed workaround, I did change the email of my PSN account temporarily. I carefully adhered to the suggested waiting periods, setting countdowns on my phone to ensure accuracy. After going through the entire process and reverting my email back to its original state, I attempted to login once again. Regrettably, the same issue persists, rendering the workaround ineffective for my particular case.

While I understand that this workaround may be helpful for some users, it doesn't seem to cater to the unique nature of my problem. The game appears to be stuck in a state where it believes the now non-existent Microsoft account is still linked to my PS4 account.

I hope this feedback can assist in refining the solutions you're developing. This problem has been persisting for a significant amount of time and, like many other players, I'm eager to return to a seamless Minecraft experience.

Thanks again for your continued efforts and attention to this matter.

**DEAR MOJANG STAFF MEMBERS,**

  1. I'm the owner of the Realm

  2.  I'm hosting the realm from PlayStation 4

  3.  What I try to do was to go to Play --> Worlds ---> Realms (I should see my realm being online) ---> Tap on the realm and join ---> LOADS LOADS LOAD... and it says "Joining Realm... This may take a few moments" and after more than a minute it says "UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THE WORLD. PLEASE CHECK YOUR CONNECTION TO THE INTERNET AND TRY AGAIN." (Note: I'm using a LAN CABLE/Ethernet Cable and my Internet is super fast). I tried to join the realm as a guest on my other accounts in Nintendo Switch and Windows 10, and they all are having the same issue as well. I also asked my friends to join the realm and they also get the same message. I tried to stop the realm and open it again but nothing fixes, and when uploading/replacing a world it gets a message saying "Failed to upload a world to the Realm".

  4.  Please fix this as soon as possible and also I'm on the latest update in all my devices and this issue hasn't been fixed

It’s December 8th, New Update has been installed in all my devices (PATCH 1.16.200) AND REALMS ARENT STILL FIXED.... AND MY FREE TRIAL WILL EXPIRE SOON

IM STILL GETTING THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE “UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THE WORLD “*PLEASE CHECK YOUR CONNECTION TO THE INTERNET AND TRY AGAIN*”

i’m having the same issue

I know, this is so annoying. I literally unlocked the emotes on mobile and I was so excited to use them on the PS4 but it turns out that they are unavailaible.
