Got that when wifi is off. With an active internet connection, mcpe starts as expected.

Confirmed on 1.1.0.55. shield k1, Android 6. Version 0.15.0.10 was the latest stable version.
Still happens in 1.1.0.55. Anytimes I pick up an item lying on the ground or acces a chest/crafting table/anvil, hotbar & inventory are shuffled. This is such a pain I lose the will to play. Shield k1 android 6
Seems you have to place the pumpkin last for golem to spawn, no matter how blocks are placed, if I understand correctly. It makes sens : better check potential golem spawn when placing a pumpkin rather than snow/iron blocks. People buid with snow/iron alot more often than with pumpkin

Got that on samsung j7 2016 too. Even on water. evry now and then water is darker.
3GB ram for win 10 is NOT ENOUGH. Long story short, your computer would run better with win XP , or maybe Win7. It simply doesn't have enough grunt for win 10. 128 MB for graphic card, man, I bet it still use an AGP connector.
Happens in 0.15.10 too: random blocks like chests or daylight sensor appear (10 more or less) blocks above ground. World was created in 0.15.3. Nividia shield k1
This happens in 0.15.10 too. Horses inventory is the worse, but happens with dropper/dispenser/hopper gui.
Confirmed on android version: animals villager bed, painting... textures glitch.
