Steps to duplicate: Place a dispenser facing a redstone_block with one block space separating them so that when dispensed it will be placed next to the redstone block. Place a command block and add a command like say Hello then copy that command block and command by holding CTRL and 'Pick Block' (clicking the mouse wheel) Place the command block in the dispenser. Activate the dispenser (with any method, button, redstone,etc)
