I have to disagree. Minecraft might do the color separation technically correct in the way you explained it has to work, though I do not have these issues when playing other games in 3D anaglyph mode. This shows that it can be done without these ghost effects and that it is not the glasses' fault. The ghosting only stands out when you are looking at bright things like the white sheep in the first screenshot, and it also is clearly visible in your screenshot if you look at the white window frames through the red glass of your anaglyph glasses.

TL;DR: Achim might be right about technical aspect, that does not change anything about the issue being there -> not resolved

Still relevant in 1.7.2.

Works as intended. This is not a bug but a feature. You need to be careful when you are next to cacti that you don't touch them and than you don't let your items get too close to them. These sharp thorns destroy anything that comes in their way 😃

Just checked if it is still occuring (release 1.5.1), and indeed it did not change. What makes it look blurry is the picture thats supposed to be only visible for the cyan glass (right eye) is not being filtered completely by the red glass, so that you see kind of both pictures through the red glass (left eye), just like you would when you look at the screen without glasses. The picture for the right eye works fine though.
If you need any more information feel free to ask, I would love to see this issue being fixed since I bought a 3D-Anaglyph Glass to play MC in 3D-mode.

Confirmed, always thought it would be my glasses but these work fine in other games. Please vote it up, playing in 3D-anaglyph mode is no fun this way!
