I encountered the same issue. I accessed the realms for around 2 hours yesterday, the 12th of june, and then logged off. When I logged in later on the 12th, the server reverted to an earlier save.
There were a maximum of 3 players on the realm yesterday. I was the last one to log off, and now I find the server had rolled back and around 8 hours of playtime were lost.
