Noted this bug today, after the jar updated to version 14w26b. RS Torches placed on the top of an unpowered block stay attached when the block is powered. RS Torches placed on the sides of an unpowered block become items, popping off of the block, when the block is powered. RS torches placed on the sides of a powered block attach for a small time frame (less than a second), then 'pop off'.
