for my issue, the cart was still visible, and actively moving, whilst empty. I am unable to provide a video. Breaking and placing a new minecart with hopper allowed proper functionality.
have the same issue in 1.14.60 on xbox one. My hopper minecart is not picking cut bamboo from the dirt block above the cart. Worked up until 1.14.60.
For me it's happening on a local multiplayer world.
Added Video clip of fall damage occurring when stopping after climbing down some scaffolding. It's showing just some damage taken for short climb, and full kill when climbing down far enough.
For me, could not replicate on local play, only when connected to self-hosted BDS.
