My apologies. I clicked Enter while trying to add extra lines to “environment”.
To continue: Simple. Connect a controller and go into the Inventory. Hover over any equipment you have that has a description long enough to get a scroll feature. Then, merely tilt the right joystick up and down within its deadzone. This should move the menu.
