This also seems to occur for me when using scaffolding. I’ve been having this issue even when my elytra isn’t equipped. After observation the only other thing I’m doing that’s unusual is building and climbing scaffolding in tight spaces
Ok, I feel dumb, haha. I had maxed out the random tick speed in my creative world and it stayed on when I went to my survival world.
