I happened something similar in a Realm with my friends, it is the second or third time the backups are not saved and we have already lost about 4 or 5 hours of progress, it is quite annoying, since we decided to pay for this service that should be reliable, When there are many other payment options to enjoy this experience with friends, we expect compensation for lost time.
