Ah I see, sorry for the not needed bug report then. 🙂
I'm sorry, I didn't realize there was another bug report that I duplicated, I searched and couldn't find one. I also wasn't playing on a modded server, it was a server with a datapack, and the datapack doesn't affect anything to do boats, or entities as a whole. I also did not realize this counted as multiple bugs, since they're just things that can be exploited from one bug.
I'm sorry if this was already reported, I searched and could not find a duplicate
I know this now has something to do with how the far lands generates in the past, and I know it will be hard to fix. However, this is a big deal to players that build far out, and those that are redstone engineers.
Sorry, was not aware that the older bug got reopened.
