It’s not the item frame that glows. It’s whatever you put in it. Put a regular item frame and a glowing item frame side by side and put the same item into both. You’ll see how it works.
Tied to a lead, when the happy ghast is touching the ground in its idle state, TPS immediately tanks. It’s really bad.
