No I haven't changed the modified hosts file. The helper only made me do a check I sent a document via Ubantu. I followed but then the helper said we can't do anything. So, this is why I still cannot do it. Are there any more fixes? If they are not, then it is fine. 🙂 Thanks!

I don't have a file named launcher_skins.json. I only have launcher_profiles.json and launcher_settings.json.

It's been a week and I haven't gotten any update about my issue. Please let me know of why this is happening. I reported this on 12th August. And It has almost been 2 weeks. At minimum, I would just like to have an update.
