My friend is facing the same issue. I tried to help him out but I couldn't find a solution to this issue. This was originally on PS4 and now as of 1.16.201 it is on Windows 10 as well 😞. I hope this bug gets fixed ASAP cause these game breaking bugs are preventing players from playing Minecraft
