Thanks! I think it can be connected with the fact, that I created my skil very late. Maybe I don't have like an "account" on old skin servers, so it doesnt go there. But people who uploaded first skin years ago are like already listed on the old server, so they skin goes there too.

Let me explicitely highlight that the issue found in a modded profile was reproduced on a vanilla one. Thanks!
