,Update on this bug. This bug is still happening. Both villagers and animals are vanishing randomly.
It happens after I have been playing for hours, with mastered trade level villagers that are named, then closing the game for rest at night and reopening the game the next day for play. I find several villagers and befriended animals gone, again, on a daily basis.
Out of 15 villagers, i am losing 6 to 8 at a time, the next time i open the game to play. These are named villagers that have been maxed to the master trade levels. Several were rescued zombie villagers I saved.
I am building around the village, not venturing far from them, usually gathering supplies from my farms, and building or mining in the area.
They only vanish after i have closed the game. I have my avatar sleep in a bed near the village several times during play.
This is happening on a daily basis for about 2 weeks in my friends survival realm. Another player in this realm is experiencing the same problem.
