For many people, these mobs have an undisputably sentimental value that should not be ridden of and I believe that such immoral actions should not be taken. To some, these simple mobs could be the motivation for them to continue their playing of the same world or even the game! Imagine if you had a pet that has always been with you during your darkest times and it suddenly died to a random accident you couldn’t prevent. That’s what some of the people are experiencing right now, except, it is even worse. I want you to know that Minecraft isn’t simply a game for some people, and I want you to know that these mobs aren’t just lifeless creatures in the faces of the people that own them. Sure they might have used a bug to achieve it but isn’t that the beauty of the game? You might not like it but the only reason why some people are only playing Minecraft is all because of amazing people such as itsmejames that help introduce this side of Minecraft and help people keep their interest for the game, and right now, he is resorting to begging just for the mobs to continue living. I have no say in the coding that goes into the changes that have to be made to keep the mobs alive but surely it isn’t too difficult? Just remember this, these mobs hold a story to people’s Minecraft worlds, and these stories would be erased just like that.
