I managed to have phantoms spawn, but I think pahntom spawning can be affected by going through the nether and then back to the overworld, since I play it with my frined who regulalry goes to the nether, and while he is there I could sleep in the overworld. Then none of us slept and wen to the nether either for 4 days, and they spawned.

It is a completely vanilla survival map without any datapacks or any kind of modification. Basically I generated it as I do it all the time, and never touched the map files itself.
