Checked my userfolder, and Minecraft never gets installed properly.
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft are not created when running launcher. (hence no further logs there either)
%temp%\MineCraftlauncher is also empty.
Windows Error reporting also kicks up an Info event in EventViewer, and creates a log.
Added Report.wer to this case.
Updates OS to 21H1 (still same result)
WER creates a log and windows creates an error log.
