Hi, i have the same issue, i bought minecraft 4 years ago, now i wanted to install and play again but it shows the same code with this message.

My conection is fine, my windows is updated to the lastest version, i searched everywhere and i can't find a solution, please help me understand what this code means, and what can be done, it is really frustating to buy a game that you can't play.
