Have nearly the same issue, but I got first Minecraft Windows 10 as an gift, and bougth Minecraft Jave from Mojang later. And the Launcher wants me to buy Minecraft Java once again.

First I tried to steal another bell to solve this. Then I bought a new bell from one of the traders. Result? 3 bells was stuck. I gave up and closed the game-window with the "x" up in the  right corner instead of using the "Save&Quit"-button. Changed my mind and logged in once again. And viola!  All 3 bells finally was unlocked. Now one of them rest in it's new location, the last two is placed safely in a chest! 😃

Have tried your solution, Kenny. Sadly it didn't work on my old stone. 😞

That's not an fix, Auldrick - it's barely a workaround. After the last update the trader refuses my stones also. I have some chests completely filled with stone from 1.12. Time for Mojang to make fixes to solve issues that reappear with every update - not suggest workaarounds that is sisyphuswork for us players.

Same here., with both cooked fish and stone.
