Update with some more screenshots.

Issue seems to happen 99%+ of times starting Minecraft now.
With exception of a single time where error didn't show and resource pack was loaded at start screen, rest of starts of Minecraft (and there have been a lot) result in resource pack(s) being deactivated.

I've tried several resource packs with same result - ex.

Whenever issue occurs, simply going into settings and exiting (pressing circle) results in loading of the packs previously activated

Reviewing the packs immediately after deactivation message is displayed shows all packs present under "My Packs" (or under Active when they are activated)

Clarification edit: all packs shown here under My Packs since I deactivated the pack (Texture Update Beta Pack in this case) to show that all packs are in-fact present.
