In the Edit Profile menu in the Launcher, check the JVM Arguments box, and change the -Xmx1G argument to -Xmx2GThis is the part that fixed mine. hope it helps you too!
I also have this issue. At times I may actually be able to get in the game for about 15 seconds then I get kicked and crashed.
