Still a problem, updated my server from 1.15.2 to 1.16.1 and this issue started to appear, causing some lag whenever the server is started. Users have reported missing blocks in villages, a developer suggested this could be happening due to the server previously running a snapshot version, however we have never used snapshots or anything that should affect these blocks in any way. I hope they assign someone on this soon and it gets fixed. 🤞 In the meantime, if you are not willing to wait this out, you can do as James suggested above.
