there is a easy fix for this all you need to do is go to where the launcher is based
Windows Based C:/Program Files (x86)/Minecraft/
once there if you have the navtivelog.txt you will see it says the Launcher Directory it is directed to a foler that does not exist so just make the folder in the formentioned folder
