I changed my display language from English --> Norwegian then from Norwegian --> English. I opened the launcher during both language changes, but the problem was not resolved for me
I can also confirm this issue. Both VCRUNTIME140.dll & MSVCP140.dll appear in my System32 contrary to the messgae displayed by the windows. My launcher version was updated to 2.2.2529 which caused this exact issue.
