Bedrock Edition 1.19.5
I have same issues upgraded from rx 480 8gb to rtx 4080 and have this issue now where it was not present with my old non RT RX480
I think this is the same issue as the link below, sadly though none of the workarounds worked for me

Additionally i managed to get stable 200-300 with rtx on by downloading NV RTX resource Pack but render distance is quite short with rtx on and lots of bugs and artifacts, its about as good as i can get it at the minuet

Hoping we get a fix soon i should be hitting 1500+ fps steady and drop below 50 when flying with rtx off
