Not sure if I was too slow in getting to the rooms or not but ran through 10+ end city/towers last night and the only chests at all were on the boat of a city. None of the towers or cities themselves had any chests. If I was too slow in getting to the loot and it despawned, I believe it is this issue as well on current Realms server.
